To Dine For

I shot this layout for the upcoming "To Dine For" event taking place in late September - for the Riviera Magazine and fundraising event. I hung the wallpaper and hand stenciled the baroque design to pair with the Westgate Hotels' restaurant and design scheme. We chose tangerine as our statement color and paired it with gold and silver accents throughout! Can't wait to post more in the upcoming months...

Yay..It's Monday!

 

Comic Con 2012

Well it's officially one year since the hubs and I moved to San Diego...(over "Comic Con" weekend). I had no clue what this yearly event consisted of- why there were massive groups of superheros walking the streets of San Diego for a lovely 5day stretch?! Well this year I am embracing Comic Con with a new perspective while my Lovely husband attends the convention in hopes to find some interesting Pop-Art and tag with the coolest-of-cool 'comic nerdy gooroos.

I have a keen interest in vintage pop art and poster-style comic characters. It brings bold splashes of color and a whimsical flare to any space; and for us - describes our personal style very clearly. These would be a few of my top picks if I had to choose something for the hubs to bring home...Enjoy

Industrial Pendants
