Tis' The Season

It's starting to look like Christmas around here...
This year we kept the tree looking a bit more natural with the DIY burlap garland, collected acorns, and recycled paper & twine for the gift wrapping.

Happy Oct. 31st

Today is the day kids roam the streets to fill their plastic pumpkins with candy! Since we won’t be receiving doorbell rings at our place this evening and have opted out of dressing up in costumes; I’ve decided to eat all the skittles & snickers I want for this special occasion…
Happy Halloween!

Sunny Fall Days

This is the first year I haven't been able to see the MN leaves turn to the Fall Season. The crisp clean air and the fogginess from under your breathe. Carving Pumpkins and enjoying the last few nights smelling the bonfire under a starry sky- - My favorite season.Yet as I experience a different kind of season- sand under my feet, the smell of the ocean breeze, and the dry desert winds; I am thankful. I snapped these beauties with the Hubs the other day at the local Farmers Market- and realized that fall comes in all shades of colors and smells no matter where you are. I am especially happy this time of year!
Fall is here…even in the sunny side of California.
